Mint Collision was built by two industry veterans who believe collision repair should never compromise safety, quality, or integrity.
Mike brings over 40 years of collision repair and shop management experience. He started working in a body shop at just 16 years old and was running his own shop by 21. Over his career, Mike has managed and operated everything from small family-owned shops to large, multi-million-dollar facilities across Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County.
His experience on both the repair and business sides of the industry gives him a deep understanding of how collision repair shops operate — and where customers are often overlooked. At Mint Collision, Mike oversees the front office, customer experience, and insurance coordination, making sure every customer feels informed, supported, and never left guessing.
Tony brings over 20 years of hands-on collision repair experience. He has worked in both large production shops and small independent facilities, and his background includes time on the OEM side as a Collision Repair Specialist for an electric vehicle manufacturer. In that role, Tony helped develop repair standards, procedures, and certification requirements to ensure vehicles were repaired safely and correctly.
Throughout his career, Tony has completed extensive advanced training and maintained top-level I-CAR certifications for many years — reflecting a long-standing commitment to doing repairs the right way. At Mint Collision, Tony oversees production, equipment, and repair quality, making sure every vehicle is fixed properly, not just quickly.
Mike and Tony began working together in 2020 at a small collision repair shop in Corona, California. Within their first year, they helped grow the business from approximately $100,000 per month to consistently over $300,000 per month in revenue. Under their leadership, the shop earned AAA’s Top Shop honors two years in a row for outstanding customer service and quality repairs.
As the business grew, it was acquired by a large corporate collision repair organization. Following the acquisition, Mike and Tony began to see a shift in priorities — with increased pressure to cut corners and declining repair standards. Quality and safety were no longer treated as non-negotiables.
Over the next two years, they worked at several shops searching for a better fit, but continued to encounter the same issues. That experience made the solution clear: if they wanted repairs done right, with integrity and care, they would have to build it themselves. Mint Collision was created to bring quality, transparency, and customer-first service back to collision repair.
That’s how Mint Collision was born.

We believe collision repair isn’t just about how a vehicle looks — it’s about how it performs, protects, and holds up long after it leaves the shop.
Every repair at Mint Collision follows:
Cutting corners today can put lives at risk tomorrow — and that’s not something we’re willing to do.

Our background spans hands‑on repair, shop leadership, and OEM‑level standards development.
That experience allows us to:
We don’t just fix cars. We help customers understand the process and feel confident every step of the way.
